ABOUT

Along with the rest of my family, I’ve always had a knack for making things with my hands so I knew rather early on that I would pursue a creative career. I settled on attending The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising with a focus on Fashion Knitwear Design. Before graduating I was accepted into the Advanced Fashion Design program which allowed me to showcase a knitwear collection at LA Fashion Week. Since graduating in 2013 I’ve been designing apparel for various companies and brands.

Throughout the course of my career, I’ve taken on side hobbies to flex creative muscles I really couldn’t at work. Some of these hobbies have included ceramics, sewing, quilting, embroidery, hand knitting, and most recently: rug tufting.

On top of my creative abilities, I’ve been the person that most of my colleagues turn to for help with internal processes and organization. After years of working in apparel I realized I’d love to hone in on these other skills somehow, which led me to in-home organizing.

Keeping my own spaces clear and tidy has always helped keep my mind clear in order for more creativity to flow. I quickly realized this is something I was meant to help other people do too. The creative collaboration it takes to help make a space feel better for a client sparks joy in me.

I believe that anything I set my mind to, I can do. Because of that, I try a lot of things and end up juggling a lot of skills. So, I’m always trying to guide myself towards what I’m supposed to be doing with those skills. It all comes down to what brings me the most purpose.

This is what I know so far:

  • I need to be making things with my hands often in order to feel at peace.

  • I love to strategize and problem solve. To me, the journey is just as important as the destination.

  • Change is a necessary part of life. If you’re not changing, you’re not growing. So, I like to challenge myself to question my path and strategy often.

If you align with any of this, I’m glad you’re here!

I’ve got skills, they’re multiplying…
